Cycle & Period Tracking
Lova tracks your entire reproductive health journey — from your first period log to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Everything stays private on your device.
Lova isn't just a period tracker — it's a personal health companion that grows with you. You decide what to track. Log as little as a period start date, or go deep with temperatures, symptoms, mood, and notes. Everything is optional, and everything stays locked on your phone — we never see any of it.
What Lova Tracks
Periods & Cycle Basics
- Log when your period starts and ends

- Get a heads-up before your next period is due
Symptoms & Mood
- Record physical symptoms — cramps, bloating, headaches, breast tenderness, and more
- Track how you're feeling emotionally — calm, anxious, irritable, happy
- Spot patterns between your cycle phase and how you feel
- Add free-text notes for anything that doesn't fit a category
Ovulation & Trying to Conceive (TTC)
- See your fertile window — the days each cycle when pregnancy is most likely
- Log cervical mucus changes to refine your fertile window
- Record your basal body temperature (the resting temperature you take first thing in the morning) to confirm ovulation
- Get an ovulation prediction based on your personal cycle history
Pregnancy Mode
- Switch to pregnancy tracking when you get a positive test
- See how far along you are week by week
- Log symptoms like morning sickness, fatigue, and movement
- Track weight, blood pressure, and appointments
Postpartum & Beyond
- Track your recovery after birth
- Log the return of your period after pregnancy
- Monitor breastfeeding if relevant
- Switch back to regular cycle tracking whenever you're ready

- Share a doctor-ready report when you have an appointment
What is basal body temperature (BBT)?
All of this stays on your phone
Every period log, symptom, temperature reading, and note is stored in a scrambled (encrypted) database on your device. We can't read it. It doesn't go to our servers. You can export it to share with your doctor, but that export is always your choice.
