Our Commitment

Lova is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA . This means:

Known Limitations

We're actively working to address:

  • Some complex charts may not be fully accessible to screen readers (text alternatives provided)
  • Some older help content may not have complete heading structure

Some content or features may involve third-party components. While we strive to use accessible third-party tools, we cannot guarantee their accessibility. We evaluate third-party components for accessibility before adoption.
