Understand your cycle patterns with AI-powered insights that never leave your device.

How Insights Work

Lova uses on-device machine learning to analyze your data and surface patterns. Unlike cloud-based AI:

All processing happens on your device
Your data never leaves your phone
No internet connection required
Completely private analysis

On-Device Processing

The AI model runs directly on your device using Apple Core ML or Android ML Kit. Your data stays local.

Types of Insights

Cycle Patterns

Average cycle length and variation
Typical period duration
Flow pattern analysis
Cycle regularity score

Symptom Correlations

"Headaches appear 2 days before your period"
"Mood changes correlate with sleep quality"
"Cramps are typically heaviest on day 2"

Trend Detection

Cycle length becoming more/less regular
Symptom frequency changes
Seasonal variations

Health Observations

Cycles shorter than 21 or longer than 35 days
Significant variation between cycles
Unusual symptom patterns

Managing Insights

Dismiss Insights

Swipe away insights that aren't relevant to you. They won't appear again.

Insight Preferences

Go to Settings → Insights to toggle categories on/off.

Disable Insights

Go to Settings → Insights → toggle "Enable Insights" off.

Privacy Guarantee

On-device ML models (no cloud calls)
Your data only (not aggregated with others)
No training data collection
