Privacy by
Architecture

Most apps promise privacy through policies. Lova delivers it through architecture. We built the app so we cannot access your data—not "won't", but can't.

Privacy Architecture

We eliminated data collection entirely—not minimized it, eliminated it

Secure Sign-In

Sign in with Apple, Google, or email - your credentials stay with trusted providers

No Cloud

Zero cloud storage - device-to-device sync only when you choose

No Analytics

No tracking SDKs, no usage metrics, no behavioral data collected

No Servers

We have no servers storing health data - nothing to breach or subpoena

We Can't Hand Over What We Don't Have

Even with a court order or subpoena, we cannot provide your health data—because we never had it. This isn't a policy choice, it's an architectural reality. Your data exists only on your device.

Security Features

Multiple layers of protection keep your local data secure

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database. There are no Lova servers that store user health data.
What encryption does Lova use?
Lova uses AES-256 encryption for your database. The encryption key is stored in your device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore).
Can law enforcement access my data?
We cannot provide data we don't have. Since your data exists only on your device, there's nothing for us to hand over - even with a court order.
How can I verify your privacy claims?
Use network monitoring tools to confirm no health data is transmitted. Try using Lova in airplane mode—everything works because all data stays on your device.
What happens if Lova is acquired?
Your data remains on your device regardless of company ownership. We cannot 'sell' user data because we never had it in the first place.
