App Crashes
Steps to resolve crashes and keep Lova running smoothly.
Quick Fix
Try these immediate solutions first:
- 1. Restart the app: Close completely and reopen
- 2. Restart your device: A fresh start often helps
- 3. Update Lova: Check for app updates
- 4. Update your OS: Ensure your device software is current
1 Clear App Cache
Android
- 1 Go to Settings → Apps → Lova
- 2 Tap Storage → Clear Cache
- 3 Reopen Lova
iOS
- 1 Offload the app (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Lova → Offload)
- 2 Reinstall from App Store
- 3 Your data is preserved

Data Safety
Clearing cache doesn't delete your data. Your cycle history and settings are preserved separately.
2 Check Storage Space
Low storage can cause crashes:
- Ensure at least 500MB free space
- Delete unused apps or files if needed
3 Reinstall the App
As a last resort:
- 1 First: Create a backup (Settings → Data → Backup)
- 2 Uninstall Lova
- 3 Reinstall from app store
- 4 Restore your backup
4 Report a Crash
Help us fix issues:
- Go to Settings → Help → Report Issue
- Describe what you were doing when it crashed
- Include device model and OS version
- No personal health data is included in reports
