Log as Soon as Possible

Logging your period the day it starts gives the most accurate data for predictions. Don't wait!

Logging Period End

When your period ends:

  1. Tap the calendar on the last day of your period
  2. Mark it as "Period End"
  3. Lova calculates your period length automatically

Flow Intensity

You can optionally track flow intensity each day:

  • Light: Spotting or very light flow
  • Medium: Normal flow
  • Heavy: Heavier than usual

This is completely optional - tracking just dates works fine for predictions.
