Creating Custom Symptoms

Track anything specific to your body:

Go to Settings → Symptoms

Tap Add Custom Symptom

Enter a name

Choose a category (or create new)

Select an icon (optional)

Be Specific

Custom symptoms can be as specific as needed. "Left hip pain" or "coffee aversion" - whatever helps you track patterns.

Symptom Intensity

When logging a symptom, you can set intensity:

Light

Noticeable but not disruptive

Medium

Uncomfortable, affecting activities

Severe

Significantly impacting daily life

Tracking intensity helps identify patterns over time.

Adding Notes

For any symptom, tap to add notes:

What triggered it
What helped relieve it
Any additional context

Viewing Symptom Patterns

After logging symptoms for a few cycles:

See when symptoms typically occur in your cycle

Pattern Recognition

Lova identifies correlations between symptoms and cycle phases. The more you track, the better the insights.

Organizing Symptoms

Customize which symptoms appear first:
