Fertility and TTC Tracking

Track ovulation signs and optimize timing for trying to conceive - all privately on your device.

Enabling Fertility Tracking

Go to Settings → Tracking Goals

Select Trying to Conceive or Fertility Awareness

What You Can Track

Basal Body Temperature (BBT)

Your resting temperature rises slightly after ovulation:

Take temp first thing each morning

Lova charts and detects the shift

Consistency Matters

For accurate BBT, measure at the same time each day, before any activity.

Cervical Mucus

Cervical mucus changes throughout your cycle:

Dry/Sticky After period, not fertile

Creamy Approaching fertile window

Egg white Most fertile - ovulation near

Dry/Sticky After ovulation, not fertile

Ovulation Tests (OPKs)

Log your ovulation predictor kit results. A positive OPK typically means ovulation within 24-48 hours.

Positive Negative

Cervical Position (Optional)

Advanced tracking option:

Position: Low, Medium, High

Firmness: Firm, Medium, Soft

Opening: Closed, Medium, Open

Fertile Window Predictions

Lova estimates your fertile window based on:

Cycle history and typical ovulation timing

BBT patterns (if tracked)

Cervical mucus patterns (if tracked)

OPK results (if tracked)

The more data you provide, the more accurate estimates become.

Timing Intercourse

For TTC, Lova highlights:

Fertile days

Typically 5-6 day window

Peak fertility

1-2 days before ovulation

Confirmed ovulation

Via BBT temperature shift

Not Contraception

Fertility predictions are estimates for TTC purposes. Do not use Lova as contraception. Consult a healthcare provider for family planning.

Sharing with Partner

Share fertility data with your partner:

Go to Settings → Sharing

Add your partner

Enable Fertile Window sharing

Your partner sees only what you allow - dates, not details.

Privacy Considerations

Fertility data is among the most sensitive health information. With Lova:

All data stays on your device

No one can access your TTC status
