Method 1: Daily Check-In

Scroll to Symptoms
Tap symptoms you're experiencing and adjust intensity
Tap Save
Set a Reminder
Best Practices
Be Consistent
Log at the same time each day (morning or evening) for consistent data.
Log Absence Too
On days with no symptoms, consider noting "no symptoms" - this data is valuable for pattern recognition.
Rate Intensity
When available, rate symptom intensity. "Mild cramps" vs "severe cramps" tells a different story.
Add Notes
Use notes for context: "Headache - maybe dehydration?" or "Cramps worse than usual."
Viewing Patterns
After tracking for a few cycles:

- See which symptoms correlate with cycle phases
